A useful first aid record lets the next person answer four things: which kit was checked, what was found, what is still open, and when to look again. The resources above are deliberately separate so a contents check does not become a training register, and an order does not masquerade as proof that the kit is ready.

Useful safety tools should not be lead magnets.
Kitora is free software because ordinary workplaces, clubs and community groups deserve tools they can keep using without a subscription, account lock-in or a sales team between them and a basic record. These resources follow the same rule.
The app is optional. When paper or a spreadsheet stops being enough, Kitora keeps checks, shortages, certificate dates and portable backups together on one Windows computer—offline, with no account.
