02 / KIT CHECKS

Manage kits and save inspections

Give each kit a contents list and check schedule. Enter the quantities and expiry dates you find, add notes and save the inspection.

Set quantities for your own workplace.
Open past inspections to see the counts and notes saved at the time.

03 / CERTIFICATES

Record people and certificates

Add people, their team or location, courses, training providers and renewal dates. Attach a PDF or image of each certificate. The app highlights upcoming and overdue renewal dates.

Store more than one certificate per person.
Review upcoming renewals and supporting evidence.

04 / REPORTS

Print reports and save PDFs

Print restock lists, item expiry reports, certificate renewals, inspection history and blank checklists. Use Save as A4 PDF to save a report to your computer.

Create a fillable kit checklist PDF to send to another person.
Email checklist opens a draft in your email app for you to review and send.

05 / BACKUPS

Back up or move your records

Your records are stored on this computer. Export a complete backup, including attachments, and keep it in a separate safe location.

Restoring a backup replaces the app’s current records.
Use a complete backup to transfer your records.

Find a record

Search across kits, items, people, certificates and inspection notes.

Reuse a contents list

Start another kit from an existing kit’s item list, or keep a saved list to reuse. Check the new kit’s counts and expiry dates before relying on them.

Use a spreadsheet

Export kits, items, people and certificates as CSV. Import adds missing records from Kitora CSV files; it does not update existing records or include inspection history and attachments.

Label a kit

Print a QR label with the kit’s basic details. Scanning the label identifies the kit; it does not send a check from a phone to the app.
